- Click on Continue > Book a Visit.
- Visit Reason: Choose the reason from the drop-down list
- Choose Visit Type as “Individual” and click on “Next“
- In the Next step, select your desired service from the drop-down list
- Now select “Sub-service” ie; Absent report and click on “Next“
- Fill in the required details,

- Office,
- Date, time
- Click “Book Appointment“
A new screen will display a confirmation message along with your details and visit reference number. Take a screenshot of your appointment and show it at the Labor Office on the visit day.
