Saudi Arabia’s constantly improving E-services have made it trouble-free to benefit from the services offered by the online portals. There are multiple ways to check your Saudi Visa status on the MOFA website.
You can do so with your passport number or Iqama/ID number. From similar methods, you can check your Saudi visit visa status by using your application/MOFA number or your visa number.
Checking whether your passport got stamped with the Saudi visa or not, is essential to save you from any kind of deceit. In this way, you can check your Saudi visa’s status before giving any kind of advance payments to your agent who claims that your visa has been stamped.
Check Saudi Visa Status with Passport Number
- Vist the site ‘https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/VisaPerson/GetApplicantData’
- If the page is in Arabic, click on ‘English’ from the three lines on the top left corner of your page.
- Under ‘find applicant data’ start filling all the boxes starting with your passport number
- Select your visa type from the drop-down list whether you want to check your work visa status, family visit visa, umrah, hajj, educational or diplomatic visa, etc.
- In ‘Current Nationality’ select the country you belong to from the drop-down list
- Now for ‘Visa Issuing Authority’ select the city of the embassy you were issued your visa. You can ask about this from your travel agent as well.
- Finally, enter the Captcha code and click on ‘Search’
Visa Stamped Or Not
Now to check your Enjazit Visa stamping status: If, on the next page you can see:
- Sponsor name in Arabic
- Occupation in Arabic
- Document number which is provided by your company
- 2 Barcodes
- This means your Visa has been issued
- However, if it shows an error or the above-mentioned information is missing, your Visa is yet to be stamped.

Check Saudi Visa Status by Visa Number
You can check your Saudi visa status online with the help of your visa number; you will also need to know your sponsor ID.
- Visit https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/Home/Index
- On the Home Page, you will see 3 main services. Select ‘Services for Citizens and Residents.’
- Now scroll down and once you reach ‘Visa Delegations’ click on ‘Apply’
- Select ‘English’ from the top left corner if the page is appearing in Arabic
- Agree to the terms and services
- Now fill the boxes
- In ‘Visa Issued Number’, type in your Visa number. This may have been provided to you by your Kafeel or Agent
- Under ‘Visa Issuing Authority’ select the city from the list where your Visa has been sent to get stamped.
- Next, fill In the Sponsor ID and Captcha code
- Click on ‘Search’
- If all the information is complete and no error occurs, this means your Visa has been stamped.
Check Saudi Visa Status with Application Number
If you know you’re MOFA or application number then you can check your Saudi Visa status by another method. To follow this method you will need to know your application number along with your Iqama or ID number.
- From the home page of the MOFA website, scroll down until you reach the ‘Query’ tab
- Translate the page if necessary
- Select ‘Invitation Request’ for your inquiry type
- Enter your MOFA and Iqama number
- Correctly enter the Captcha code
- Click on ‘Search’
- To check if your Visa has been issued, look for:
- Visa number
- 2 barcodes
- Document number
- Application number

Check Saudi Visa Status with Iqama Number
If you know your MOFA or application number then you can check your Saudi Visa status by another method
With the help of https://visa.mofa.gov.sa follow the steps below
- Go to the Query box on the home page of the MOFA website
- Select ‘English’ from the top left corner if the page is appearing in Arabic
- For ‘Inquiry Type’ select ‘Invitation request’
- Now enter your Application or MOFA number
- Type in your ID Number, which is also your Iqama number
- Enter the Image Code
- Click on ‘Search’
- On the new page, a pop-up will appear saying that your Visa has been issued
- If the message does not appear, check for 2 barcodes, the document number, and the application number. If this information is complete, it means that the Visa has been issued.
Check Saudi Visa Status on Enjazit
Previously visa services were offered by the Enjazit website, and you could check your visa status on that website. However, now all the E-services have been moved to the MOFA website.
This has made things much easier as now most of the E-services are in one place. All links to the Enjazit website will re-direct you to the new MOFA website.
Saudi Visa Validity – Expiry Date
The validity of a Saudi visa depends upon the type of visa and your country of origin. So its expiry date may vary greatly.
- The family visit visa, being the more popular one lasts for 30 days. A multiple-entry family visit visa allows you to re-enter KSA up to 4 times, with each stay being as long as 90 days.
- A Hajj visa is valid for 30 days
- An Umrah visa is valid for 3 months
- A tourist visa stays valid for an entire year, with a 90-day stay on each trip and multiple entries.
- The validity of a business visa lasts from 30-60 days depending upon the country of origin as well as the invitation letter sent from MOFA.
You can check the expiry date of your visa from the Muqeem portal; this method also applies to exit re-entry visas.

- You can verify using either a visa or residency number
- Type in your visa number
