Procedure To Correct And Change Iqama Name
As you reach in the Kingdom, The HR persons fill out a few forms to apply for Medical Insurance and Iqama. . So it is best practice to visit them and ask them to show your details.

Even after that, if the name on iqama has a mistake, then it is by Jawazat. In that case, visit the HR and tell them about the mistake.
Jawazat prints the name in English as well as in Arabic on iqama. So, If the English name has a mistake, Your HR (Idariyah) will open the online portal and correct it within no time. Make sure to bring a copy of the passport and the person changes iqama name as written on the passport.
In a couple of days, you may receive a new iqama with the correction.
If The Mistake Is In Arabic Name
The jawazat has allowed organizations and kafeels to correct the mistake in Arabic name on the muqeem portal without visiting the office.
Now HR will do the following procedure.
- Log in to the Muqeem portal
- Select the “تعديل الاسم المترجم” from the given services.
- Re-write the name in Arabic
- Save the changes
- Visit Jawazat to get a new print of the iqama
2nd Method.
In case, HR wants to change the name through jawazat office. Then you need to fill out the iqama name change form. Tell HR of your company or kafeel about the mistake.
