How to Fill Family Visit Visa Form Correctly | Complete Guide

We have discussed earlier how you can apply for a visit visa in Saudi Arabia. Now we are going to elaborate on how to fill out the Saudi family visit visa form correctly. The issuance of the visa depends upon providing the correct details and information. A little mistake can become a reason for the rejection of the family visit visa.

Here is a complete guide to filling out the form. The procedure to apply for a visit visa is in the Arabic language. Being an Expat, it becomes difficult to understand the language. So we are providing this guide for everyone who lives in Saudi Arabia and applying for a visit visa.

Filling Family Visit Visa Form

As you are well aware that mofa issues the visit visa, moreover now the procedure is online, therefore the very first step is to visit mofa website. We are going to fill a real form for applying visit visa for wife. So let’s start

Visit Mofa (Ministry Of Foreign Site)

the first step is visiting the mofa site. https://visa.mofa.gov.sa

The site opens in the Arabic language by default. However, mofa offers an English version of the site also. You can change the language by clicking on ‘English’ available on the top left corner.

The language will change to English. Click on individual and then click on Resident. The menu under ‘resident’ will change. Select the first option, as shown in the picture below. It will lead us to the online visa form.

Filling out the Form

The form will open, the very first window is about the undertaking. You confirm that you are providing true and correct information, and you are responsible for the housing and medical insurance of visitors.

From that screen to onward, all the details are in the Arabic language. We are providing the translation of it.

“أتعهد بتدوين جميع بياناتي بالشكل الصحيح من واقع هويتي الشخصية وتدوين بيانات المطلوب للزيارة من واقع جواز سفره وأتعهد بتوفير السكن العائلي المناسب والتأمين الطبي ومغادرة الشخص المطلوب للزيارة قبل إنتهاء مدة الإقامة المحددة في تأشيرة الدخول وان يكون طيلة مدة إقامته في المملكة خاضعاً للأنظمة والقوانين المرعية وأن الغرض من الطلب هو للزيارة للعائلية فقط وليس لأداء الحج أو العمرة وأتحمل كامل المسئولية إذا ثبت خلاف ذلك. كما أفوض وزارة الخارجية السعودية بالاطلاع على سجل بياناتي في المملكة.”

Translation: I pledge to record all my data correctly from my identity and to record the information required for a visit from the passport. The request is for family visits only and not for performing Hajj or Umrah, and I assume full responsibility if proven otherwise. I also authorize the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs to access my data record in the Kingdom.

Click on the button encircled in the rectangle to continue, as shown in the picture below.

اؑوافق means that ‘ I Agree’ and لا اؑوافق means ‘I don’t Agree.’

Filling the Second Form for Visit Visa

The second form is about your identity. Provide iqama number in the first box and expiry date in the 2nd tab. After filling in the details, click on ‘التالی’ encircled with a rectangle. It means next.

Filling the Third Form

The third form will show your details. A few details are already available. However, You have to provide the remaining information.

In this form, you have to provide a valid mobile number, personal email id, city name, and visa number.

While writing the city name, there are two options. Either provide that city name where your company has a head office. But if you live in a small city like Makkah, then write Jeddah as a city name.

For Visa Number, you can find in your passport. It’s that visa on which you entered in Saudi Arabia. We are providing the image for the visa number.

After completing the form, click on ‘التالی’ to move to the next form. The following questionnaire asks for the details of the visitors coming to Saudi Arabia.

Filling The Fourth Form

Upon landing on the next page, the very first information you have to provide is about the purpose of the visit.

Write ‘زيارة عائلية‘ in the first box, It means “family visit.” We have numbered it as 1. Then Enter the captcha code. Now click on No.2 to add the details of the visitors. Unless you add all the visitors, don’t click on No. 3

once you add all the visitors, then click on حفظ button, which is labeled as no. 3.

Adding Visitors Information

When you click on No. 2, another form will open. Provide the asked information about the visitor here.

Write the name of the visitor matching as written on the passport.
Write the date of birth of the visitor.
Add passport number
Write the date of the issuance of the passport.
Mention the issuance place of the passport. We wrote Islamabad as the place of issuance.
Select the nationality from the drop-down menu. You can use any translator to find the name of your country in Arabic. how ever google can do the perfect job for you
Write the city name the visitor would like to fly from
Select whether you want a single entry visa or multiple entry visa. We selected ‘single’ for a one-time entry visa.
Next is the visa validity period. 90 is the only available option from the drop-down menu, which means that visa validity is 90 days. For multiple entry visas, the efficacy is 365 days.
In case selecting a single entry visa, the only option you get is 30. so choose it. If it is a multiple entry visa, then it is 90 by default. These number shows days. So 90 means 90 days.
Select the religion. The options are Muslim and non-muslim
The following information is about the place of birth. We wrote Lahore لاھور
next required detail is about the type of passport of the visitor. In most cases, it is a regular passport. So select عادی from the drop-down menu.
Select the expiry date of the passport
for this detail. Choose لا تعمل
انثی means woman. If you are applying for ta wife, then chose this option from the drop-down menu. The last information that mofa needs are the relation with the visitor. for the wife select زوجة

Recheck The Family Visit Application For Mistakes

After filling the form, recheck it for any mistake. Once you are sure that there is no mistake, then click on اٖضافہ button encircled with the rectangle.

After adding the visitor, the form will take you back. if you have other visitors then again click on اضافہ and provide the details.
