Procedure
- Visit the Absher online portal https://absher.sa/
- Log in to your account
- Click on ‘Appointments’ in the dashboard
- Select ‘Traffic‘ in the appointments menu.
- Afterward, Muroor appointment service page opens. Click on ‘Proceed to Service‘.
- Click on ‘Book New Appointment‘.
Choose The Service
Now, choose the muroor services from the list. Moreover, you can avail a maximum of two services at a time.
- Select the region that suits you from the drop-down menu then click Next.
- Choose a branch and select the city that you prefer.
- Select the suitable date and time slot on the next screen
- Green color means available slots while red means not available
- On the next page, read all the details and requirements carefully and click on ‘Confirm Appointment Details‘.
- Your appointment is successfully scheduled. The appointment ticket will appear on the next screen with a bar code and personal details. Take a printout and take it along with you at the time of your visit to Muroor.

Required Documents
After the successful appointment, pay the government fees and bring the following documents to the traffic department office.
- Original iqama
- Pay the fee for the required service (if applicable)
Update Appointment
You can update the muroor appointment in case you are unable to visit the traffic police office on the selected date. The procedure is simple and given below;
- Login to Absher account https://absher.sa/
- Click on Appointments
- Click on Traffic to open muroor appointment page
- Now click on “Proceed to Service“
- Select your “Booked appointment” showing under the reference number
- Click on the Update button
- Select one of the options
- Update Services only – to change the purpose of the visit
- Edit Complete Appointment – to change the date and time and the purpose of visiting the office.
- Now edit the details and click on Update
- Click on Edit Complete Appointment and print the new slip.
How To Cancel Muroor Appointment
To cancel the muroor appointment you can do the following procedure;
- Log in to Absher Individuals https://absher.sa
- Scroll down and click on the “Appointments” tab
- Now select “Traffic“
- Select your booked appointment and then click on “Cancel”
- Click on the “Confirm Cancellation” button
