Step 1

Find Account Number

You need the electricity bill in hard copy to find the account number. On the bill, you can view it as “رقم الحساب”. Note it down.

Step 2

Check Saudi Electricity Bill

You can view the bill on the SE App and the portal, so I am writing about both. Use whichever method is easiest for you.

Method 1:

Use SE App

Procedure:

• Download the Saudi Electric app
• Open the app and click on “Login“
• Click on “Continue as Guest“
• Click on “View & Pay Bill”

• Enter your Saudi electric “Account number” and Click on “Next“
• You can view your Saudi electricity bill

While entering the account number, be sure it belongs to your connection. A minor mistake may result in showing someone else bill information

Method 2:

On SE Portal

Procedure:

• Visit Saudi Electric portal and open the “Guest View Bill” service
• Enter 11 digit account number
• Click on the Proceed button
• You can see the total payable amount against the electricity consumption.

Download Bill

An icon ‘pdf’ is in the bottom left corner. Click it to download the e-bill.

Furthermore, you can check the bill’s status, whether paid or unpaid, because ‘invoice information’ also shows it as ‘Paid’ or ‘Due Amount.’

The app provides a little more information below the invoice summary. You can know about the customer and invoice information. In customer information, you can check the owner of the meter. You can match the name on the paper bill and in the app.
