List of Required Documents For Saudi Visa Stamping In Pakistan

After getting visa approval from MOFA Saudi Arabia and booking Etimad appointment, the next task for the visa applicant is arranging the mandatory documents to submit at Etimad center for Saudi visa stamping. The applicant will submit documents according to the type of visa

The types of Saudi visas that most people apply for are as follows؛

• Family visit visa (Single -Multiple Entries)
• Permanent family visa (Istiqdam)
• Umrah visa
• Work visa
• Premium residency visa
• Tourist visa
• Transit visa
• Educational visa
• Visit visa
• Business visa

Required Documents For Family Visit Visa (Single – Multiple Entries)

To stamp a family visit visa, single or multiple entries, you need to submit following documents at etimad center.

1. 2 Passport size Photographs with white background
2. Applicant’s Original passport with minimum 6 months validity and at least 2 blank pages.
3. Applicant’s CNIC and Passport Copy
4. Family visit visa approval letter from Saudi MOFA (the sponsor will send you)
5. Sponsor Iqama copy
6. Sponsor Passport Copy (The passport must be valid for alteast next 6 months)
7. Muqeem paper of sponsor showing valid iqama expiry (If iqama expiry date is not mentioned on iqama)
8. Unmarried certificate on stamp paper for unmarried girls above 18 year age.
9. For Kids below 18 years of age, B.Form or Birth certificate attested by MOFA- Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan.
10. If the applicant is wife, original marriage certificate or Family registration certificate (FCR) attested by MOFA.
11. If the applicant is brother, sister, mother and father visa, provide Family Registration Certificate (FCR) attested from Pakistan Foreign office.
12. In case the applicant is father-in-law, mother-in-law, original marriage certificate of the sponsor showing clear names (issued by NADRA) attested by Saudi embassy Pakistan
13. Etimad Appointment letter
14. Print all documents on A4 page.

Documents For Permanent Family Visa (Istiqdam)

Following documents are required for permanent family visa stamping.

• Visa slip issued by Saudi MOFA.
• Sponsor Iqama copy. (iqama must be valid)
• Sponsor Passport Copy. (should have alteast 6 months validity)
• Sponsor Abshar/muqeem Print with valid iqama expiry (If applicant’s Iqama is not bearing valid expiry date).
• Applicant’s Original passport + Copy.
• Original Marriage certificate- B.Form or Family registration certificate (FRC)(Computerized) Attested by Foreign Office Pakistan.
• Unmarried certificate on the stamp paper for unmarried girl above 18 year age.
• For Kids below 18 years of age, B.Form/Birth certificate attested from Pakistan Foreign Office.
• A copy of Gamca medical test status for wife and above 12 Years old children for KARACHI consulate Visa and above 18 years old children for Islamabad embassy visa.
• Polio/Vaccination card for below 12 years children in Karachi consulate visa and below 18 years children for Islamabad embassy visa.
• Applicant’s CNIC copy.
• 2 Passport size Photograph with White background.
• Valid Etimad appointment

Required Docs for Umrah Visa

The Umrah pilgrims will provide following documents at Etimad center.

1. Original Passport Of applicant.
2. CNIC copy.

Documents for Premium Residency Visa

Passports validity not less than six months
2. Complete Visa Form
3. Copy + Original computerized Passport
4.Two (02) passport size photograph. (white/ blue)
5. At least 2 blank pages on the passport.
6.Original CNIC + copy.
7.Vaccine certificate issued by NADRA (Must be attested by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia).

Documents for Tourist Visa

1. Must have Return Ticket.
2. Proof of Accommodation in KSA. ( Copy of hotel reservation slip)
3. Bank statement up to 10 million rupees transaction for one year.
4. Request letter for issuance of visa on company’s letter head.
5. Applicant CNIC and Passport copy.
6. Applicant Original passport.

Required Documents For Transit Visa

1. Must have Valid visa/ Resident permit for final destination.
2. Confirm ticket of any airline with more than 12 hours and less than 96 hours stay in KSA.
3. Applicant Original passport + copy.
4. Applicant CNIC copy.
5. 2 Passport size Photograph (Blue/White background).

Documents For Business Visa

1. Letter of Invitation.
2. Saudi Company Trade License/Chamber certificate copy.
3. Saudi Company Covering Letter (Original) attested by Saudi MOFA and chamber.
4. Recommendation Letter from Local Chamber of commerce.
5. Local company chamber membership certificate.
6. Local Company Covering Letter.
7. Bank Account Maintenance Letter. (issued by bank and attested)
8. Six Months Bank Statement.
9. Applicant CNIC Copy.
10. Applicant Passport Copy.
11. Applicant Original passport.
12. 2 Passport size Photograph (Blue/White).

For Educational Visa

1. Visa approval slip.
2. University Letter.
3. Gamca medical test report
4. Original Medical certificate.
5. Attested all educational documents from Pakistan Foreign Office and Saudi Consulate.
6. Police Clearance certificate attested by Pakistan Foreign Office.
7. Applicant Original passport.
8. Applicant Passport Copy.
9. 2 Passport size Photograph (Blue/White background).

Documents Required For Visit Visa

1. Visa approval letter / Visa slip issued by Saudi MOFA
2. Sponsor’s Iqama copy.
3. Applicant Original Passport and copy. Passport validity must be greater than 6 months.
4. Applicant CNIC Copy.
5. 2 Passport size Photograph (White background).

For Work Visa

1. Original Passport.
2. Applicant’s Enjaz print.
3. Applicant’s computerized National identity card ( CNIC) copy.
